Question 1

How soon can I be seen?

Accepted Answer

Availability is live — pick any open slot on a tutor's calendar. Many keep same-week lessons open.

Question 2

I have never made anything before — where do I start?

Accepted Answer

Filter by Relaxed or Moderate intensity, or book a Trial Lesson. Every tutor offers options, and nobody will single you out.

Question 3

Do I need my own materials?

Accepted Answer

Each listing shows the materials it provides. Most tutors supply a studio kit and an apron — bring water and a notebook.

Question 4

How late can I book a slot?

Accepted Answer

Slots stay open until a few hours before the lesson starts, subject to the tutor's notice period. Popular evening slots fill earlier than that.

Question 5

What if I need to reschedule?

Accepted Answer

You can move or cancel from your account up to the notice period shown on the booking, and the slot is released automatically.

Question 6

I have allergies or a sensitivity to dust or fumes — can I still book?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but check the "Not suitable if" note on the listing and message the tutor first. Several tutors run dedicated low-fume and low-dust sessions.
